Warm and loving greetings from Congo.

Our house, and the whole quarter that we are situation had no more electricity for almost three weeks already. Houses are mushrooming all over the place and the electric company is surcharging the lines.

When we put on the generator in the evening everybody jumps on the Internet and again there is surchage making it very slow and time consuming.

We are looking for solutions so please be patient if I could not reply you promptly.
